1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
How to Return:

- Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refunds
Processing Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges
Exchanging Items:

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

- Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
